All items purchased from Henrytailor.com will be ship with international courier or standard Airmail service subjected to conditions agreed while placing an order or unless alternate shipping method is agreed. We cannot be responsible on shipping time especially on peak seasonal period.
Insurance will be covered on every package with no additional cost. Seller will be responsible for loss of the goods, provided sufficient evidence from the carrier company.

We try to offer our best possible quotations to all customers. Prices may change with no prior notice base on rate of exchange or other possible reasons; we recommend you please update the price before placing an order.

| MEASUREMENT / SIZING |
Existing customers - If you have used our service before we recommend you to place an order base on existing measurements on file. We record your size on file for 5 years.
New customers - We recommend you see a local tailor or a professional to get yourself measure base on the measurement form provided on the ORDER section. “ Wrong measurements results to ill fitting outfit.”
The company will not be held responsible for any consequences if wrong measurements were provided by the customers.
- If you are not sure how to get measure up you can please send us an existing garment that fits you well to get copy, we will mail them back with the orders.

- If you live in EU or UK we can come measure you up, please submit your names to us to be added on to visitors list.

| FABRICATION |
In our store we tempt to use best quality fabrics from best mills worldwide. All the information regard to the content of the fabric given to the customer is the best to our knowledge, provided by the respective fabric manufacturer. The percentage of the content may vary and might not be perfectly accurate.
Due to the nature of the online business, the color shade you see on the screen can be slightly different to the original fabric. This also depends on the specification of the screen you are using.
